General Trading Chat

Some time back there was a lot of speculation on who the successor of Aditya Puri will be, whether he will be internal candidate or an outsider ,will he be capable to shoulder the responsibility and the market was a bit nervous on this succession . But as Mr Deepak Parekh and Mr Aditya Puri both were involved in a committee, along with very prominent members, set up to find the successor and both these gentlemen have interest of HDFC Bank in mind while finding the successor,it was definite that they will not do something which will harm the interest of the bank which they have brought up as their own child and they will select the best person available for the job and the did exactly the same.

Jio's trial of 5 G with 1GBps speed is a great news...that may mean that by the time we finish punching the trade, the profit will be credited in our ledgers/bank accounts....;).:)

I've been testing with 300mbps plans and i've realized that anything above even 30-40 mbps not showing any difference bcos the latency is more or less then same whether 10mbps or 100mbps.

Most of the times, the server ( different endpoints we are trying to reach) has bandwidth throttling and they decide what max bandwidth to offer us.
In p2p applications, we get greatest benefits and IPTV is also great but around 50mbps entire household load suffices.

Even traditional enterprise leased-lines and retail FTTH latencies aren't very different now.

Yes you are right...untill and unless they are not penalized for the drop in speed this will happen.

Also the 5G which we would be getting at present would not be standalone 5G but mix of 4G so lets see if telecom operators is ready to go for complete 5G. It would take another 3-4years for standalone 5G till then get fooled with this kichdi 5G :DD
