I will be pleasantly surprised if they increase the IT min limit from Rs 2.5 L to 5 L...they might increase it to 3 or 3.5 L and increase 80C limit from 1.5 L to 2 or 2.5 L...but something for farmers and middleclass will come. It is a political compulsion now...

I had posted this in Subhadip's thread but it seems to be inactive... so posting the same query here.

In IDF, there is a mention that it is best to avoid previous day afternoon's range. How does this translate to commodities in terms of time?

What I was trying to ask was.. What do you call range? In case of stocks and options, we can take say after 12:30-1. So do we take last 2-3 hours form previous day for commodities?

Also in this case, once the markets close, there is no trading.In case of commodities, even when MCX closes, there is trading going on in other parts of the world. Do we still use the perspective?
