If we close any loan before its term is it affect ones rating?
no, it does not affect your credit rating. only default payments on your any type of loan affect your credit rating. also never just for heck of it do your cibil check. particularly pvt sites, which are offering free cibil .

Nifty looks like making a death cross today (50/200).

As far as I remember, the last time that happened, nifty dropped 3% and the Emkay scam happened, with many sell orders getting executed.

Cibil score needs some kind of registration and fees ?
No it is free. Cibil is a credit bureau (one of the four such bureaus in India) to which financial institutions report a person's credit history.
Other 3 bureaus are experian, equifax and highmark
Fetching your report from cibil is free once every year.

Tried enrolling on CIBIL website. Seems like CIBIL doesn't know me or doesn't want to know me :(

Now, I don't use credit cards (debit card only), have no bank loans since about 10 years now. So, does that mean I am off the radar ?

I'm in same boat as you, however it asked about passport number which I had assigned to some bank account (long closed since) and It recognised me.
