Even a stable broker like RKSV Upstox has ensured I got a loss. I exited 1500 qty PFC but it didn't really execute. I logged in again and realized it didn't execute. From a +3600 to -1962 loss!

Since, you asked, I am sharing. Otherwise this is not the forum where, I would post something like this.

Last December, I received channel partner affiliation from a large life insurance company. My responsibility is to hire and train and motivate insurance agents. I so far managed to hire 5 agents who got licensed and 2 more are in the pipeline. 3 of my agents turned out to be very good performers. My compensation from the insurance company is based on my agents' performance. We started on a good note with solid training to agents and conducted innovative campaigns. We are so far very successful. I am also very satisfied, since, I am now a marketer as well as a trainer, both of which I did not have background in.
