Bhai mere.... Debt has nothing to do with CAD/CAS.
I explained what CAD/CAS is.

Germany has current account surplus but it has gross debt too. By your theory it should not be the case.
Please differentiate between debt and cad/cas
Germany ka net debt dekho. Not Debt.

I can borrow even if I have the money to buy.

Also, please let me know how many countries have high Debt / GDP and high current account suprplus

Edit: Also kindly elaborate on your initial statement "Although there will be countries with zero net debt / GDP. These would be countries with current account surpluses. "
