Imo if there is no major bad news, this is a bottoming phase of this swing low. So these sharp moves occur. This is nothing new. It happens in most of the swing tops and bottoms.
Just be prepared for higher average daily swing and loss expectancy accordingly.

Edit: next it may take sl of long position. Never know how zig zag phase turns.
