That's why I prefer stocks. Indices start to consolidate and give very whipping moves. If you have a list of 10-12 stocks , you can at least be sure of getting one decent money making trade in a day.
Quick in and out if you find more than one stock to trade.

made money in BN today but lost in index options in afternoon session. looking at red world markets thought of carrying puts otherwise wud not have bot today.

Nov mein yahi ho raha hai bhai . yesbank mein paisa mila , LT ne kha liya. BN mein paisa mila options ne kha diya.

On a serious note, if you make your daily quota of money you should step aside for the day. Having made such money if you see other enticing trades then you should risk only a small portion of your days profit in other trades. Remember we trade to make money and not to trade more trades.
