This is good that you are sharing routine.Kindly can you emphazise more on food quality in the sense more about healthy food and your diet chart,if possible.
You have asked a really tough question to answer. I am trying... :)

We eat lot of good foods with low fat and sugar. It is very tough to describes all diet chart as we plan the diet for the whole month and execute it carefully so that no boring diet every day. I am thinking seriously whole day how to help you as we are Bengali and probably you are Punjabi and here are other friends from various regions. We have different food habit. After thinking a lot I am just sharing some good habits that may help you and other friends also (as some other friends also interested about that topic).

We inherited some good food habits as most of our family man and relatives are doctor (the rest are advocates or judges, I am only TRADER ). I am just trying to summarize most of foods and food habits we follow. But it is difficult to summarize all in a single post. :D

================ It'll be a long post, just trying. :)

My healthy food habits & diets:-

For breakfast we always use low fat milk from Amul with honey & one teaspoon full Dabur Chyawanprash (which help immunity) and toasted brown bread with very little butter & black peeper (not every days) or with boiled eggs, bananas and mosambi (sweet lime) .
We replace sugar with honey whenever possible (especially when high temp is not needed). We use hot chocolate milk and milk with 'Horlicks Light' too.

For breakfast and evening meals we also use Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Quaker Oat with that low fat milk (condensed) and various type of nuts (kaju, almond, dry dates wall nuts etc), kishmish and fruits like bananas, apple, orange, Pomegranate, grapes (both green and black). Other favorite sessional foods in our menu are guava, papaya, avocado(Nashpati), jamun, lychee, mango & pineapple etc. We also make pasta & chowmin with various vegetables using less oil.

For OIL: We use low fat saffola gold, extra virgin olive oil mainly and sometimes almond oil for cooking. We occasionally use mustard oil also for testy mutton/chicken/egg/fish curry.

We eat roti/chapatti in lunch (or evening) and rice (easily digestible in night) in dinner. We eat various types of dal (lentils), chickpeas, rajma (kidney beans).

We use fresh paneer with lots for fresh vegetables or with spinach (palong) or with branded packaged sweet corn.

We eat a lot of fresh vegetables every day, which contains followings:-
tomato (a lot), cauliflower, beetroot, carrot, bitter gourd or karela (prevents diabete), cabbage ,Ridge Gourd, brinjal (baigan), beans, raw banana, sweet red potato, potato, onion, coriander & curry leaves, green papaya, green peas, lady finger(bhindi), spinach(palang), pumpkin, bottle gourd( lauki ) etc.
We use Green peas all times, when it is not available in market (summer time) we use branded packaged Green peas.

We use soya bin product Nutrela for making various dishes which is a good source of veg protein.
We use veg foods for at least 2 or 3 days per week. Red meat not more than 3 or 4 days per month but we eat only livers for another 2 or 3 days.

We mostly use lean meat, which is without skin, fat and bones. For big fish we also don’t buy head or tail side but the sides with less fat and we remove fish skins before cooking whenever possible.
We use fresh ginger garlic paste and onions (no fried box packed onions) and various spices for cooking which improves health.

We prefer using chickens and various type of fish more than red meat. Instead of frying with oils, many times we opt for more healthy way of cooking broiling, grilling or roasting after marinating. Many times we make less oily light but delicious chicken soup than spicy chicken curry.

We use green chilies instead of red chilli power most of times. We don’t cook with ghee and butter (high fat) usually but add a little at last to make taste. We don’t eat Capsicum in summer days (increases body heat), we eat lots of watermelon in summer time.
We use poppy seed paste and coconut paste in many recipes which improves Health. We eat & cucumber regularly.
We use home made yogurt from low fat milk & we make chocolates in homes using various nuts with less sugar. We don't eat much ice creams (only occasionally).

We eat plenty of waters and coconut water every day and we eat salad (cucumber, onion, lemon, tomato) regularly.
We use green tea (iced green tea in summer) more than coffee. We go to sleep at least 2 hour after dinner.

I have just tried all my best (there are other good foods too which I might forgot to mention now). But if at lest one or two foods or tips can help my friends here. I'll be more than happy. :thumb:

Best Wishes to ALL.
Happy Trading.

Asian markets are in negative , SGX nifty @ 6156 , so Gap down opening .
hope it will break the support of 6150 - 60 - 70 today and move to 6100 at least.
Nifty has not touched lower levels in this series so it can create panic if support of 6160 broken.
