Registrar - if you had the shares in your demat all through the corporate event period.
Broker - if you sold shares during the period and they were not in your demat account on record date EOD.

Everybody is asking for Aadhar number openly now a days. Its not mandatory field in this sign up form. But asking for aadhaar details itself is not acceptable. is it not?
