Beware of RelianceMoney !

Hi members,

My a/c with Reliance Money is just 5 months old and I hardly opened it 20 times or so.

Today my security token stopped working. On clicking it is producing only the series of zeros. Luckily their branch office is near my house so I submitted the poor quality security token and got assurance that same will be despatched to me within two three days.

its is also cheating . they sell my share without my information after 2 days when price with near up by 10 and they give me rs 2 up from buying price and saying it was auction.only such information i got from then when i call from customer care .. really not big future for reliance money ...i think they are doing this with small investors...
square off positions are settled by next day 10.10 when so much price ifferance .. now i decide not to buy share in reliance
money

now it will be more. just like mobiles. get as much connections as you can even if b/width / spectrum cant support.
now they are offering a free trading ac for their demat a/c holders.

yes mr.sudhir, i appreciate you, i am also using R-Money, and have expirience of Sharekhan,Indiabulls. but Reliance is only broker who gives your all these facilities. so....dont spread bad words......make sure first.....wht u r going to talk.....

If you keep trading with Reliance, well, it's a matter of time by which you will switch sides to SUDHIR.

Yes, they offer the lowest brokerage. BUT THERE ENDS THE GOODIES.

Have you known something called INPROCESS?

Have you known your order remaining there as pending, (but actually got executed), and, you have no idea at what price your order got executed as it is still showing as pending, and, you cannot square off (Order is still showing as PENDING)? Have you known waiting till 10:00 pm to know your order execution price?

Have you known listening to reliance money ringtones for tens of minutes when in urgent need and in position?

Have you known wasting time with customer care who will use nice words, but nothing will happen at the end, and, the niceties are only in words?

Have you known .....

I can keep adding.

Wait till you know of these.

For transfering money across accounts and also for account privacy, I think Reliance Money is good. I particularly love the 'Risk Analyser' feature they have that analyzes the risk quotient.

Reliance money for heavy traders.... I am sure order confirmation must be a maximum of 3 hours for them, as they are heavy traders

I have been using Reliancemoney for the last 4-5 months and the experience is less than satisfactory. I have been using indiabulls prior to switching over to Reliancemoney for access to BSE & IPOs aswell and now i would rate indiabulls much much better than RelianceMoney,specially in terms of the website functions & user friendliness,transperant & simplified billing methods.
Among the issues which are to be noted in RelianceMoney are - (a) Charging Rs 12 + taxes on each scrip ordered on phone or thru e-kiosks.(b)Charging of Rs 12 + taxes on each scrip sold on any single day thru net.If the order is placed thru phone, the transaction charge is Rs 12 + 12 + taxes for each scrip ordered to be sold thru phone.This clause was not mentioned anywhere before (other than an incomplete/unclear explanation in welcome kit).The first time i got to know it is when i got the statement at the end of the month.Even if you sell a single small value share of say Rs 9/-,instead of getting money,you would end up paying money of Rs 9-12-12 - taxes i.e. -27 rupees for selling that share on phone.(c)The helpline number has never been picked up till date while i tried during trading hours...must have tried atleast 15 days till date. (d) The "My Portfolio" option in the site never opens and even if it opens ,it displays all baseless values,like a stock costing Rs 30 in market is displayed at Rs 90. (e)The "Inbox" function has never operated till date.(f)The amount debited from my trading amount dont match with the balance i should be having after paying all the transaction charges, brokerages,etc, as mentioned in the statements.(g)Disappearing of account balance details at the end of each trading session to reappear in the next trading session.....and than find difference in amount balance between the previous day and the next day (After considering brokerages/transaction fees/taxes).
I may be switching over back to indiabulls soon.....as the experience in last 4-5months is not good enough.
