Its not like that...
it is very simple and the level changes everyday as low of everyday is different.
As previous two days low today is 4991
For tomorrow it will be 5006 (suppose Friday low is intact today)

So, it changes every day my dear,

Seniors and Grossive Please correct me if I am wrong.

to initiate a short position, there is no need to wait for close below 'C'.
All we need is going below low of last two days (this number valid for today is already given in this forum : @ 5006 ).

closing below 'B' was advised as a setup for exiting the short position.

If we get short confirmation before price cross level C you have mentioned,even we can enter in short according blow setup,

If,we do not get short signal and nifty break above level A marked in chart than we can go for pattern you have mentioned.in which level D should be placed on trading day 19/12/2011
