1 MF form 1 AMC OR 1+ MF's for 1 AMC & Fund Feedbacks

Hello all

1. Is it a good idea to invest in two or more funds with 1 AMC, for example, one large and one small/mid cap fund? OR Invest with different AMC's?

2. Can someone give me some critical feedbacks on the four funds mentioned below? I got this from Mint50's (http://www.livemint.com/sectionpages/mint50.aspx?NavId=127)

1) I believe their is no problem in investing 1or2 funds frm same AMC provided the both r performing well. Ps chk performance fr last 3 to 5 years.

2) first two are large cap fund u cn go fr birla sun life frintlne equity A ad u cn also invest in hdfc 200.
