As per your reply, the activation for the NOW Exe platform should have occured at around 9pm or thereabouts today (30th December).

I still get an API user access denied for my user ID from the NOW Exe. Guess the process isn't as automated as it's made out to be, and some intervention from the NSE guys might be required. I was hoping to familiarise myself with the NOW exe platform settings tonight (used to ODIN these past few years) but alas! :annoyed:

Hopefully this minor hiccup should get sorted out and I could put my first trade on Monday 3rd Jan 2011 if not earlier. I'm not much a fan of browser based platforms in any case, nor mobile trading so the EXE platform activation is a must for me.

Please help.

Yes you are right, the activation of the EXE terminals has to happen at the NSE NOW office and unfortunately sometimes they don't do it on time. But you can be rest assured that there will be someone from our office trying to push it to get it done on time...

Hi ZeroDHA team...

I have an account with Angel Broking for F&O and one with Motilal Oswal for cash based trading. But I have decided to jump ship because of very high brokerage.

In Angel Broking, I have to pay Rs 100 per options trade each way. Too expensive...
In Motilal Oswal, delivery brokerage is 0.8%. I think I cannot handle it anymore...

I have asked to meet a representative through ZeroDHA website. Hoping to open an account soon.

Hi Vijay,

Your forms had to be franked(stamped) and this could be done only today, but you should have your id's and passwords by end of day, so you can start trading from monday onwards..

hi zerodha

i have sent an online request from your site to get the application form for me through courier. a guy from zerodha called me today and told me that i will get the courier by Tuesday :thumb: and all i have to do is just sign all the pages. but now i decided not start the account in my name but start it in my mothers name. is there any problem if i use that application form mailed to me to start an account in my mothers name? wishing you a happy and prosperous new year:thumb:
