Strange for a new fund to revise the TER. This one is less than one month old

This fund revises its expense ratio from 0.04% to 0.33% !!! How much is that in percentage ??

This is a good news revision, coming from a 3 month old fund.

How does a scheme shift from being "Low risk" - the minimum risk category, to "Very high risk" - the maximum risk category
