Dear Nithin,
I am in receipt of this mail from you, expressing your apologies. I do believe that you are sincere in apologising. Thanks for the same.
Somehow your mail is lacking in the details of the "problems and fixes" as the header shows. Also, the fixes made are to the detriment of the clients. I myself have not only suffered the workaround trades that you made to my account, but have also been charged the cost of the trades for the same.
But that is the lighter side of the story. The worse is that my ledger shows "Margin blocked for sale of EQ" !! Heck, I don't have a demat account with you, in the years with you I have never taken delivery of any EQ. So now, for no fault of mine, I have some shares for delivery, whether in the pool account or God knows where.
Throughout the years, though I have criticised you often for your shortcomings, I have also been fairly on your side when some member here appeared too biased against you.
I guess you have many such stories today and are perhaps overwhelmed, but I also hope that you have everything back on track before the market hours tomorrow.
The only silver lining is that I keep only small funds with you. God help the bigger clients of yours.
