I was supposed to get 1290 dividend for Lloyd eng. I got 1200.

I had 60 shares and the dividend declared was 21.5.

Hi All,

I am new to Zerodha.

I installed PI but not able to login to it even once, it goes into "not responding' mode after I ans security questions.I got port 64000 and 65000 enabled from my ISP Hathway as suggested by zerodha team.

Any one facing similar issue. Any help is welcome.

I dont use call and trade but I think it is Rs 20 + 15% taxes
15% = [Service Tax @ 14% and Swachh Bharat Cess @ 0.5% + Krishi Kalyan Cess ]

Not sure.. its only my assumption. Maybe call cust care and clarify . and post result here :thumb::thumb:

After implementation of GST it will be 18% instead of 15%........ So call&trade charges will become 20+3.60 = 23.60/-

When I tried to use Pi recently, I also faced similar login problems (& by the look of similar queries on Zerodha-Connect & QnA, it seems like the problem has been around for a long time). I think rebooting windows or re-installing Pi seemed to work for me but it was very annoying, so I stopped using Pi.

Thanks for the reply, I tried install/uninstall but didn't work for me. I want to try PI to see its functionality.
