Thanks.I forgot you tell one thing ,I am using Page Number.1
as latest page.Is it possible to make a small modification.Instead
of FIXED TIME how about implimenting it whenever a new post
is added to the thread.Just have it in your mind.

Auto update only when there is a new post is not possible as, How does my application would know about the change(other that querrying for every one minute or so). That would have been ideal but not possible.

But I will check up if there is any way to know web page changed condition...

Also one more thing, when you are on page 2 it will automatically tries to advance by 100, so to get latest its better if you are on the last page so it keeps getting you latest page always.

Please bear in mind that there are some people who are
using LAST post as LATEST post, whereas some (like me)
are using FIRST post on FIRST page as LATEST post.

May be its in infinate loop,
Try closing the app using Control+Alt+Delete,
Then re-launch the application, make sure your web address is not like one below

instead it should be
http://www.traderji.com/derivatives/18953-nifty-futures-trading-1479.html

Then start the auto

That should solve the issue.
