What do you mean "we are now live with commodities and NEST" ?? I see Nest in your dropbox link..

Your NOW login details will not work on NEST. For that please send an email to [email protected] and we will migrate you from NOW to NEST. We are working on adding the cover orders to NEST. It might take about 1 more week. So, if you plan to migrate primarily for that reason, we'd suggest you to wait for 1 more week.

Since NOW and NEST are two independent systems, to avoid any confusions, once you are migrated to NEST, your NOW id will be disabled and only NEST can be used.

We plan to send emails to our existing clients from today onwards in batches. Hence you've not received any email communication yet.

Just spoke to your customer care. I was told that Nest trader will be available only to the clients who open a commodity account too. It won't be available to those who only want to work with NFO, CDS etc..

We checked your screenshot but maybe we are missing something. The values in the screenshot you've attached seem to be fine. Kindly let us know what exactly you found to be erroneous there.

ps: Please make sure you select the correct brokerage plan if you are comparing with other brokerage calculators.

Just spoke to your customer care. I was told that Nest trader will be available only to the clients who open a commodity account too. It won't be available to those who only want to work with NFO, CDS etc..

Currently for NFO, CDS and equity, NEST is not very different from NOW in terms of the features (we mentioned in our earlier post that cover orders should take about a week to be implemented).

And we believe NOW is also a robust trading platform. So, to limit the number of requests in the initial period we had kept that condition.

However, since Traderji members are usually more acquainted with the various features of NEST, this condition would not hold true for Traderji members.

Please mention to our support department that you are from Traderji and we'll have you migrated.
