SIP: Information on Portfolios

Dear experts..
My age is: 31, I have 7 SIP accounts whose details given below.. Would like to seek expert advice on how these are performing and whether need for stop and switch to new funds. All are monthly 4k investments.
DSP BlackRock Small and Mid Cap Fund (G) - Start Dt: 12-Sep-2014 - Quantity as of today: 3713.655 - OveralGain% - 37.41% (for 3 yrs)
HDFC Mid-Cap Opportunities Fund (G) - Start Dt: 12-Sep-2014 - Quantity as of today: 3375.312 - OveralGain% - 35.26% (for 3 yrs)
ICICI Prudential Focused Bluechip Equity Fund (G) - Start Dt: 10-Sep-2014 - Quantity as of today: 4897.58 - OveralGain% - 27.07% (for 3 yrs)
Edelweiss Large Cap Advantage Fund - A (G) - Start Dt: 12-Sep-2014 - Quantity as of today: 5596.557 - OveralGain% - 23.05% (for 3 yrs)

Below are 3 funds which i increased after 1 year of my initial investment of above..
HDFC Top 200 Fund (G) - Start Dt: 07-Sep-2015 - Quantity as of today: 283.694 - OveralGain% - 25.04% (for 2 yrs)
Aditya Birla Sun Life Frontline Equity Fund (G) - Start Dt: 07-Sep-2015 - Quantity as of today: 576.028 - OveralGain% - 23.62% (for 2 yrs)
Tata Balanced Fund - Regular Plan (G) - Start Dt: 07-Sep-2015 - Quantity as of today: 561.006 - OveralGain% - 14.64% (for 2 yrs)
Please advice me. these are targeted for another 10 years as long term investments

How come the 3 yr returns are so less, should be at least above 80%.

His SIP start date was SEP 2014 not JAN 2013.

1 yr will not make that much diff. he was quoting around 30+ and I was saying 80+. u mean yo say it gave 50% in a year
