Triangle formation today morning in nifty 3-5 min. Nice pattern. Is nt it in al brooks?

asking only bcos u ve posted couple of triangle formation charts with pivots a year back in this thread.... hopefully not taking thread wrong way

It is not that only Al Brooks has discussed Triangle..

Yes, I have used it many times & i still do also.

But will we use this small time frame triangle in this gap down market?

when to be used which setup is very important.



There are many things to be discussed in this Pivot method. I have not discussed different gap scenario till now..

I have only told ERL only.

That ERL is more than sufficient for some of us.

now when i will discuss ERL of minor trend & ERL from Visual trend...these needs understanding in a bit more...

My dear friend, whatever u want to use, u can do it, but please use seperate thread.

This thread is purely for PIVOT method discussion.

Also, for your kind information, I have only discussed 10 % of the method in this full thread only.

Rest 90% is still pending. It is one of the best method of the trading systems.

So guys please do not hurry up. also do not think that just knowing where is minor pivot- u know the PIVOT system.

Dear Subhadip Sir,

Created one excel file which detect rally confirm and decline confirm and based on the same mph and mpl value are noted in separate column. I tried to used this for back testing.
