Bhai... 1996 subhash chandra bose coin is very rare ....
kolkata mint printed in 1996 ....but some organizations opposed that they said actual centenary year is 1997 ...so government stoped that mint .... but some coins released in market ...those are very rare
so ....duplicate makers made with some year alterations in 1997 available coins
erase 7 and in place of 7 reprint 6 ...and selling those fake coins....
original 1996 coin in my view 1500 /- above price
