NOW trade terminal - Do you face any such issues?

Okay, so i discovered there is something called as "Admin Position" in NOW desktop version from where i was able to square-off.
Is that how you square-off in NOW? Why does the Net-Position get cleared on logging off?

Is it because i don't have a NEST-PLUS ID?

I just stumbled upon a document, and looks like in Zerodha Trader, this is how they square-off using "Admin positions" and not "Net Positions"

So, since i subscribed to NOW from Zerodha, is that how they square-off? Or is this how NOW works?

I didn't completely understand unfortunately, but I've already heard about similar things. It happens =)
