NestPlus - Login problem

I am facing login problem for NestPlus. In NestTrader when I tries to login NestPlus, it throws error,
"NestPlus error - Login failure, mrv host down"

What does it mean. Please suggest to resolve this issue.

NestTrader is installed in Drive C and not in Programfiles.
Is this issue because of this.

Thanks bro. I have contacted them already but not getting satisfactory reply or solution. If I do not get a solution by Friday afternoon, then I will reinstall NestTrader. Cant take a risk to uninstall before that.

Who is this broker ?? Zerodha, RKSV and VNS all provide very good telephone support. They even check the problem over teamviewer and provide solutions.

The technical staff has suggested to reinstall NestTrader. Though I understand that there wont be any problem with reinstallation, but I do not want to take risk of reinstallation, before Friday afternoon. (Atleast NT is working without any problem, can wait for NestPlus working)
