I am afraid you can only contact them through Google Chat. I am trying out their service. For the price you can't go wrong.

They have made several good work in their EXE, its easy to handle...

No problem yet....
They auto upgrade their EXE file..

If U trade NIFTY/ BANKNIFTY only then U can go for their NIFTY Special package...

Their Service is worse nowadays, There is data disruption or slow updation almost everyday for last two weeks. Whenever it happens, they just rectify it and on the next day it happens again. Even after two weeks, no permanent solution for this yet.
