But if the decision goes against them SEBI will most likely will go in appeal before larger bench or in Supreme Court so people should be ready for a long drawn battle to take this matter till Supreme Court.

This is a big drawback, so only I think about RTI. If their reply is a lame, we can take to medias. Once if we got a reply letter from SEBI, media may show some interests.

Atleast we should gain some knowledge about RTI, which helps to fight corruption. I heard one person (through RTI) , got a Ration Card with out giving any Thing :lol:. Till that day i believe ,It is impossible to do a work in gov offices with out giving the Thing:rofl:
