When you go to a restaurant you ask for the menu right? Because you need to know what is available to know what to ask for. But how is it when it comes to brokerage/terminal? One person doesn't try out all terminals so the threads mentioned are a collection of experiences and info about brokers terminals etc. Although now many brokers shifting to ODIN the task has become easy. I suggest you subscribe to these threads including the previous one to make sure you stay updated on the latest happenings with your or other brokers. There are other good threads as well but not able to find them now.

After toiling for 3 whole days and crawling though 750+ posts I have finally managed to compile a "Tax guide for traders" from replies by diosys on tax queries for the past 2 yrs. There are a few wrinkles to be ironed out which I hope diosys will do soon but you can follow the updates to it on the thread. Hope you all find it useful and benefit from it.
