They tend to react more than our mkt but looks like Trump is potentially leading in counting and Biden leading in SM and news

Why have they stopped the Official Figures at 238 Vs 213 ? Why not updating the numbers ?
Is it possible for any camps to actually commit the fraud and STEAL the election? Is such a thing possible at all in the US? Such thing can happen in India, but I am not sure if this is also possible in US or developed countries. I might be wrong.
