No , not in my case . I was referring to your problem.

I am using a Download manager, so as soon as I click the link for the pdf file it takes over the download of the file and I just have to save the file .

Since last 5-6 months I have been noticing this trend on different News Channels that suddenly a very typical breaking news flashes and then just within minutes it vanishes from the crawlers. Seems this hacking news is also one of those kind.
