These days I get too many phone calls asking whether I would subscribe to their trading calls giving service. When to avoid more conversation, I tell them that I dont trade any market they say "your number is listed here" . I wonder how this traders numbers are leaking...only possibility is from broker's backoffice or exchange backoffice from where someone is selling this confidential information.

Very unethical practice.

In INdia there is no Data Privacy security .......

When Adhaar database can be leaked or breached and govt agencies maintain secrecy about such leakage ........

What do you expect from entities like brokerages .... and even Stock Exchanges ... (Stock exchanges are not Govt. Institution .... they are private limited companies)
