There are circuit limits for scrips in generally, the exception is for, scrips that have f&o (derivatives). I'm just checking.
You'll see many penny stocks hitting 20% limit on TV everyday.
Reason is: Iv never seen any stock fall like Satyam did back in 2008.

The fall(or rise) of a single stock or a couple of them is a fundamentally very different reason when compared to the Index moving in either direction.

Market giving great opportunity to buy good stocks which are temporarily affected by Demonetisation.....Bajaj Finance,HDFC,Asian Paints...great time to buy.....if one is convinced on the country's future this is a great time to buy. I have bought all these stocks today.
