Depends on where you are looking, its a clearing holiday ,not a trading holiday.

Bear and their properties are for sale...!!!
We have a difference of 7%
when US markets are below 5% from ATH.
We are 17% below ATH.
so we need to move atleast 7% , at least we have to be below 10% from ATH.

These are clearing holidays as banks are closed...no trading holiday.
