Hi Shankar4kv,

Just a suggestion, believe that you write the settings.ini file with the value selected from the GUI. Is it possible to hardcode the value for Index NIfty and Bank Nifty along with the selected scrips from your GUI Screen to Write them combined to settings.ini file as a workaround till you find a permanent solution.. Pl. ignore if not feasible.

Thanks for the good suggestion, and Can't tell its not feasible, may include your idea in update.

After start RTD close RTDMan, open settings.ini in amibroker folder and add index to it, start RTDMan manually in the same folder, This may be the temporary solution.

Update: RTD V 1.1

Features,

1. Background backfill (use any app while back fill)
2. Delete Quote Option in settings.
3. Vwap get data try ( Tries to find that data is avail or not in vwap window after 10 sec wait period for each try.)
4. SupportUs Removed.
5. Settings improved.
6. Plus Datatable check (wrong script data will not be updated in plus backfill.)

Had a small bug, that you must have a black line after last script. (Insert) , If not last script will not be back filled.

If any suggestion or Bugs please comment will try to tackle with the most I can!

New ideas always welcome!

Edit: Dont forget to Set backfill gap Before clicking Do Backfill.

Is it possible to change backfill date format to dd/mm/yy.

currently it is yy/mm/dd.

rtdman and rtd were not getting automatically minimized after pressing start rtd.

thanks for the effort.

Is there any solution for - rtdman stopped working error in win -7 32 bit.

it happens 2 to 3 times in a day.

Does Amibroker too crash when you get rtdman error pop up?

Date format can be changed to DD/MM/YYYY format if its a must one will do it in next update.

For hidding RTDMan you have to install it in Amibroker folder because RTD gets C:\program files title to hide RTDMan

RTDMan stopped because of VC++ 2010 error in your system, its not the application error.

rtdman stopped working- win-7 -32 bit

Use NestIndexBackFill by Josh1 to backfill Spot index values.

Hi muthutrader,

use RTDMan of TB without GUI. Run RTDman.exe with settings.ini updated with
Scrip1=CNX Nifty;NIFTY;Index Value;;
Scrip2=BANK Nifty;BANKNIFTY;Index Value;;

For backfill u need to use ABbACKFILL

Everything else is working
This not bug but suggestion

Ok will do it as, RTD hide as per the user requirement, option will be provided in settings, in Next update.

Vwap missed out something, will update tonight the both mentioned.
