Sometimes the units you purchase don't show on their site or the quantity is reduced. then you have to call them and get the error rectified

Kotak guys cheated me in Mutual Fund transactions. Actually I purchased for 18K worth of mutual funds, they sent e-mail statement also but now they are saying I had purchased only for 14k and their records doesn't show two of my transactions. their customer care no reply for my queries for last three months.

I think reliance has only charging Rs.15 per entry & 15 per exit, irrespective of lots, as this is lowest when compared to sharekhan, geojit, .........
