Best real time data provider in India

I am still searching for real time Java charts (commodities) at reasonable rates.

I-charts charges around - 1600 p.m. which is very high.

Wonder why no deliverable stocks data is not included in such a nice utility. I use GBC and that s/w has it integrated in the final bhavcopy generated by it.

Recently i had taken a 3-day trial from GlobalDataFeeds....for nimbledataPro for checking its capacity.
But, the worse part was........
the Trial Got expired in 2 days and the Plugin through Amibroker was Constantly pressing me to subscribe for their package when ever i tried opening Amibroker........ & the Dashboard of their product should have much more good UI.....

I was shocked to see how they operate at their trial period ........... i have heard Companies giving their best during Trial but this is my first experience of such a company who Stopped the trial before the Expiry of it.

Anyway, am planing to skip Global Data provider...

Can someone give me better RT Data feeds provider.... ?
How is NeoTrade and How is ManshiRT ?
I want NSE cash and FNO both ..........

Any views from you all frnds ?

Hello,

Trial has protection mechanism. Any change in system time / timezone or manual editing of license files can end trial prematurely (I am not saying you have done this but I am making you aware of the conditions which can end trial before expiry date).

Also, trial license is created automatically when you first install our product and is set to expire after 6 days if not renewed. It will then show renewal screen automatically till you either subscribe or uninstall our product.

As I could see, your demo account was created and registration mail was sent to you on 6th June (start day of the trial) and was valid till 10th June (this is already 5 days including weekends). It is possible that you installed our product well before the actual start day of the trial and hence your demo license expired earlier.

On receipt of your mail yesterday in the morning about this (Tuesday, June 10, 2014 7:35 AM), our billing team immediately replied (Tuesday, June 10, 2014 11:44 AM) with following content :

To resolve your queries instantly, please contact us over Live Chat option anytime during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:15AM to 8:00PM & 9:30AM to 2:30PM on Saturday). Our product specialists will then guide you and access your computer using remote desktop (if required), to set the things right.

I do not understand whether you are justifying your product mechanism (with out right information ) or the stand of GFDL on what you did in response to my mail.

Anyway, FYKI..... I first registered on your website on 6th June (proof for which is your welcome email i have in my inbox). I then enrolled for the trial & downloaded your product..........AND ALL THIS HAPPENED ON 6TH of June, after 0800hrs. Am sure you can check all these details on your registration database.
So, there is no chance of an extra day counting from 6th June, June. Now this is clear.

And regarding response email from GFDL email, what would be the use of sorting a issue through LIVE Chat after 2.5 hours of market starting . I had already taken positions the previous day, while planning to close my position the next day ( 10th june ) as per my TA, RELYING THAT I WILL HAVE A FULL 3-DAY TRIAL FROM GFDL AS PROMISED ON WEBSITE.

Anyway, i was surely not expecting a early response there.............but here am just stating to you that, this is what happened because of the software mechanism.

The goodness was that , i had Carried only small position which i covered as soon as market started with tiny profits.
So, this claim is not "Out of frustration" or "Loss" as its normally addressed here. Am just putting forward my views for my fellow traders & Responding to your reply.

Regarding your last statement of NO-Communication from me, i had no intention to communicate that day when its of no real use in communicating GFDL and getting my few hours of trial back after i had closed my position without TA.
