Trial has protection mechanism. Any change in system time / timezone or manual editing of license files can end trial prematurely (I am not saying you have done this but I am making you aware of the conditions which can end trial before expiry date).
Also, trial license is created automatically when you first install our product and is set to expire after 6 days if not renewed. It will then show renewal screen automatically till you either subscribe or uninstall our product.
As I could see, your demo account was created and registration mail was sent to you on 6th June (start day of the trial) and was valid till 10th June (this is already 5 days including weekends). It is possible that you installed our product well before the actual start day of the trial and hence your demo license expired earlier.
On receipt of your mail yesterday in the morning about this (Tuesday, June 10, 2014 7:35 AM), our billing team immediately replied (Tuesday, June 10, 2014 11:44 AM) with following content :
