Basic Query on Trading

#1
Suppose I had 2 delivery shares for Rs. 100 each. Today, I saw a rise in the price of Rs. 10 per share, so I sold both of them. Then, I bought 1 delivery share at Rs. 120 on the same day. Then, sold this share when the price increased to 125. Now, the share price increased to Rs. 140. Again, suppose I bought another delivery share at 140. Now, the share price is 180. But, it is still showing that the invested amount is Rs. 100 in Groww app and total returns to be Rs. 80. Why is it so? Can anyone explain? And, also, is this an efficient way to trade or not?
