Bank Guarantees for Intraday trading limits

Hello All

I have a question. Do any brokers accept Bank Guarantees payable on demand and provide MIS (valid during the day order type, cancelled automatically at 3.15-3.20 pm) margin trading limits against them?

If the investor has a good medium size share portfolio, say 10L and pays in any losses for the day before 4 pm online or full margin for any positions rolled over for the day, would brokerages tend to accept bank guarantees for trading margin?

Point is that bank guarantees are not cash based funding & investor is able to get bank guarantee issued on the basis of real estate and would like to use the same for trading in equities & futures, including commodity futures.

What are the issues involved? The broker's point of view?
