the focus is totally shifted to some where else.. the topic was to discuss on why emas fail.. and people are chatting on some other topics.. moderator should delete all such other chat levels...

does 14 posts wid a wide interval of a thread clasify as CHATTING ?
d chatting part u refer is more serious controversial subject of any forum wen a person is wandering in a thread wid multiple IDs.
i m nt against a specific person bt m against d subject of multiple IDs.
even d moderaters pushing d THANKS button on such posts justify dat:

i hope mods recognize d imp of d issue IF IT IS AGAINST D FORUM RULE.
n if it is widin d rule , den a comunicaion may b issued so dat i 2 can join d bandwagon.
