Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

Can anyone answer this please.

There are certain stop-loss market orders(SL-M) for buying and selling I entered into system using NOW software for FNO-BHARATFORG.

These SL-M orders got executed even tough I do not see in FNO-BHARATFORG charts, thhat is traded at those prices. :annoyed: Not even touched it.

Zerodha,

There were no disconnections in ZT today except order modification problem which got corrected after re-login.
But certain features like "Top N" and "Set Security Alert" are not working still. Please solve this problem asap.

I continually got busy tone from 9-11.15 AM. Made a total of 35 calls. Black Monday for everyone.:sos:

today it was very long waiting times.. :annoyed::annoyed: i stopped calling them by 12:30 and didnt trade at all today

charts cannot capture every move. see if your stoploss is at 50 paise or 20 paise away from the lowest value in the candle.. your stoploss might have triggered and trade didnt record on chart..

check the tick data table in zerodha for that particular scrip at the time your stoploss is triggered..

if none, then zerodha is at fault(its a very rare case though)

one thing that wonders me is why zerodha hasn't given even a single reply from morning in this thread... aren't they active here during trading hours ?? earlier they used to be (4 months ago atleast)

Even I didn't trade. Watch the charts and do nothing about it. :fatigue:

How would I get the tick data table from zerodha? Is it available on NOW software?

My SL-M was away 3 Rupees away from the last low, and it still got executed.

I dont know in now, but in ZT, if you right click, you will see the option for tick data table... on chart also you can do that and export to excel sheet.

if your trigger price is 3 rupees away, then i strongly believe the fault is with zerodha's system. usually a 20 paise or 50 paise can be considered as a buffer.. 3 rupees is very huge. Take it up with zerodha and let us know their response. thank u.
