can u explain how to use these timings..

what im understanding: take crude example:

1. these are the reversal timings of today 27th jan:
top timings to take short. bottom timings to take long.

2. dont follow these signal blindly.. take support of 30ema as support.

3. in crude above one chart.. top is histogram.. and bottom part is 30ema..

4. may i know whats the time frame??
