Can someone explain the mathematics to me: If in say crudeoil mini I win 9 pts. my profit after brokerage etc. is Rs.65.22 and if I lose 9pts. my loss is Rs.94.77?

In the eg. u quoted, u r wining and loosing 8 pts, not 9 pts. 3549-3541 = 8

In both cases brokerage is same 14.77
So in case of profit: 80+(-14.77) = 65.22
in case of loss : (-80)+(-14.77) = -94.77

1) its been 3 months i am not able to switch views in KITE , chrome . The platform opens up fast and charts too but i am not able to switch VIEWS on the lower bar

2) so using mozilla firefox , and the ticks are very slow

Specs :
* 4GB RAM
* 1GB GFX
* 100+ GB HDD
* Chrome Latest updated
* Adobe flash player latest updated
* NET speed = 1.5 Mbps

PLz sort out .. even my friend is not able to to Switch views .

I am expecting help from Zerodha.If there is some setting on-off etc,my prob will get solved.
As everyone is migrating to Pi/Kite,zerodha ignoring queries of Zerodha NOW users.

Same with me. No switching of views and very slow screen update. I am also using Crome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit), Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64

We are updating the latest version of the Kite chart over the weekend. This issue should be fixed soon.

I am expecting help from Zerodha.If there is some setting on-off etc,my prob will get solved.
