Day trading with Tradesmartonline and equity holdings with Finvasia.

Am experimenting with MFs these days so also using Groww and Mobikwik for MFs. Both have very very poor customer service. As if their custcare is populated by autistic neonates.

But when you face problems, or want something not in the menu, or something goes wrong - that is when you know if the broker is really customer friendly or just interesting in "closing the ticket" or apportioning the blame.

In this regard Groww is a big failure. Just my opinion.

Groww is good for the investing in MF only as far as i know!!
