I started this thread near about 1 and 1/2 yrs ago. I got many suggestion from our forum members and also from different person who are interested in technical analysis subject.
I used different data providers feed for real time and also for eod.

Every provider has some drawbacks.
1. Istock NSE RT (SMART TRADE )only run in Metastock not in Amiborker.
2.Spider has own platform for charting. So their data will not run Metastock or Ami.
3.Viratech is costly and only Meta compatible.

I used some low cost data.But their service is not upto the mark.
Is there any other option??

!. i spoke with viratech they offer mcx,ncdex,nse data at around 79000yearly , but they were very friendly and even offered to come to my house and give me a free demo + they give metastock 10 for free use till the time of subscription

2. spoke with istockstsyems , they were absolutely unfriendly ,
i wanted to have a detailed conversation but the conversation lasted for less than 1 min ..

since u have used their service , do they give metastock free with data

also sir, can u tell me which was the best among the service u used ...?

their r other like globaldatafeed n manshi , but dont know how good or bad it is

Do you know about Sharekhan Trade Tiger or Indiabull's Trading Terminal? Sharekhan is giving free charting software if you just open the online account but their data is not always 100% accurate on chart.

Rs.399 and Rs.699 per month(two different schemes) for charting facility by icharts.in for web based charting.

I think you knows above very low cost charting facilities!

i know that and i have a sharekhan account also,
the data is good , but as a charting application is not that good
many prefer an easy charting software like MT4 where u can save the charts easily
may be u are a great trader and dont need good charting , but for a technical trader like me , i need good charting,
i have gci terminal n thus i dont have problem with NIFTY,bharti airtel,reliance,rel infra ,
but i need similar charting facility for the other scripts also
thus i m want the most economically viable , but good charting application
chartnexus is good as a EOD software

icharts i never used ,so i dont much about it, but i think its a web based software , i donno how good or bad it is ...

as i am new i have seen demos of amibroker n metastock,,
and will be interested to use them
metastock is quite friendly than amibroker , thats what i felt so far

what is MT4 , could u share some more light on it , even i am new looking for good technical softwares. btw did u check falcon ? its good but expensive
