how to find ATP of future stocks ?
i use this link : http://nseindia.com/products/content/derivatives/equities/historical_fo.htm
but it it did not mention ATP

You need to calculate it manually.
Otherwise, you can use homepage to search stock derivatives price and under that, use VWAP value which is nothing but ATP......but pl note down VWAP values at end of day......hope you can start earning from tomorrow onwards.

You can calculate ATP for futures stocks

(total volume/total traded qty) further divided by Lot Size of the scrip
