after candle 6 & 7, we may not take long abv high of these cndles since they are below the high of earlier bullish setup (no bearish setup in-between).
Can we take long abv high of earlier setup itself?

Yes...if there is a bearish setup in between and again u get bull setup u can initiate and no need to consider the first ATP high...

I would share my strategy for POSITIONAL...very simple but very effective to get min 1% return on trade entered...this will filter sideways movement also...:)

    Hope Anup would be happy!!!:)

POSITIONAL TRADING STRATEGY (USING 5 WMA)

We trade based on EOD data. We need to plot 5WMA on High & Low.

    Strategy:
1). Enter long (Buy) when the close price closes above 5WMA High
2). Stop Loss is the low of the candle which closed above 5WMA
3). Enter short (Sell) when the close price closes below 5WMA Low
4). Stop Loss is the high of the candle which closed below 5WMA
5). Exit/Target with 1% min and can be carried forward according to the individual risk taking level.

I have attached EOD chart of ICICIBANK for the period from Feb'12 - Aug'12. Please review to have a basic idea on what I have explained above. I will explain with trading oppertunities.:thumb:

Hi anup... I too trade mostly from my office... So it becomes difficult to post at the time of setup... Will try my best to post at the earliest possible time...

W stands for wilders... Wma wilders moving average..

    Regards
