I am sure usha's post will help you.

Note: Only the percentage and lot size remains same(until exchange changes it) not margin amount. It changes daily based on price movements.

sir do i got any margin benifit if I have position in both future and option in the same underleying ?
If so,

Suppose i purchase nifty future @ 4900 and purchase nifty 4900 put @ 50. How much margin could i pay.

And after that nfty come down to 4800, then any fresh margin is required ?
