USA is a big land mass, about 10 times larger than India (maybe more). The clock changes 1 minute nearly every 4 miles. They have different time zones as well. While it may be 7am in one part of America, it may be 10am in the eastern part.

That explains the time zones alright but this day light thing is just crazy...Think about it for a min. EU has more problems with it because it get very dark in the middle of the day. so if they start tweaking with IST, even sun will be confused about where to rise

Surisaab, has already posted his method with video, AFL and explanation, search for Octopus. And that is a lot more than your contribution.
Aside to that, Surisaab was active defence Personel, and has sacrificed his limbs for the country.
