I was not aware of the issues , when my system triggered I placed the order and got into the problem.Was not logged in to TJ , could have got the updates.

Dialing their customer supp. .....congestion / busy ....

ICICIdirect ... i think for 4 years of trading ... i got only 30 min downtime ..and thats too... MAY BE not sure case ...

If icicidirect reduces brokerages .. they will earn much more than they are now ..
idiot icici management team .. cant they get this in their head seeing discount brokers ..
