Why is copper around 4 times the value or aluminium, lead or zinc?

Gold and silver can be used as a store of value (it helps that they corrode less) and are scarce which may be why they are valued more than base metals.

What is copper's reason for being 4 times the cost of aluminium, lead or zinc?
Is it because copper is scarcer or are there more reasons?
