I was talking abt this company

Geefcee....i have 75 shares for 58......earlier at 20% circuit it used to hike after falling till 37 rupees..than suddenly 10%...than as it crossed 100.....it started at 5% limit...which made my plan to sell it at 130 haywaire....as becoz of this 5%.....it reached till 112 and now its falling bak...now at 100

So who decide circuit or there is some range stuff to measure it and decide?
