I just want to share my trading experience with bezel commodities. I opened my account few months back with bezel as they called me up with a special offer, I was intrigued as I would end up saving money on brokerage. I intially desposited a sum of 15000 INR in Equity and 20,000 in commodities. I had a good discussion with marketing team that since I trade mostly in intra-day my, if my position's are not squared up before 3:15- 3:20 which is a reasonable time to do it everyday they will square from server end. We both agreed on this. Hence I opened my account with Bezel.
Day 1
I requested them to enable Link to excel function in Excel from Nest
REPLY: Sir we will need 1 week time to do that.
3 months later: Link is still not enabled after multiple calls.
Day2: My positions automatically squared up at 3:00 pm
Reply: Sir ye to automatically ho jata hai 3:15 pe
Me: Yes but you squared up at 3:00 and I still had 15 minutes time.
Reply: Sir ye to aise hi hota hai, App apni position square up nahi karoge to server end se kar denge
Me: WTF! you promised me to make sure I square up 15 minutes before 3:30, who is responsible for loss?
FEW DAYS LATER: I have balance in my commodity account, and position was automatically squared up
Me: Hi, I would like to know why my position was automatically squared up?
Reply: Sir pls wait, call transfered to back office, back office transfered to commodity, commodity transfered to rms. RMS disconnected the call.
Me: Called again,
REPLY: Sir ye hamne kati hai position
Me: Kyon?
REPLY: Apke account mein balance nahi hoga
ME: Account me surplus balance hai, I traded in MINI and there is 3000 extra balance in my account
Reply: Sir ek sec, call transfered back to Customer desk
ME: After 1 hour of phone calls they promised to get back to me on the same at 1m
Few days Later on Budget day:
Me: I cannot trade in my account can you tell me why?
Reply: Sir Budget ki wajeh se margin limit close kar di gayi hai, you can only trade without margin
Me: WTF you promised me 8 times margin on my account, how can you deny it now?
Reply: Sir budget ki wajah se band hai Budget ke bad khul jayegi.

I can almost cry with this broker, I have traded with ELITE for 10 years never seen so many problems but they charge too much brokerage.
Is this normal behaviour of all our brokers in INDIA? Or BEZEL is EXCEPTION?
Can anyone recommend me a good sensible broker who doesn't do all this and is very reasonable on brokerage?
